lol In our old house, we used to get a lot of trick or treaters. In this new one, only our grandkids comes to see us. Doesn't help that the twin homes look like one house, and you can't see our door from the street. lol
It is interesting that I do not see Halloween as such, outside of US we see it as a Satanistic consumer frenzyfest, and we usually riot when some kindergardens will organise a mask party for kids on this day. But I do see why you would call it a giving holiday, but only if you are a kid who goes trick and treating.

DeleteA pumpkin or two is always fun to place at the front door. I've got used to cutting out the face and putting a candle inside.
