And look what I almost forgot. Yeah, it's been that kind of month and I'm working on a deadline to finish my ghost story so I can go on vacation next month.
Did you read that?
Kauai ...

Then I'll come back to do some editing and more editing and probably even more editing.
What about you? Got plans for the summer? What kinds of breaks do you take from your writing?
Go take a trip with your family! Sounds refreshing.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited!
DeleteI still have to post my ISWG. Woke up late. Did an 8 day, 9 hr a day work week. So I'm putzing around.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I'm planning a 3 day stay-cation with Glowstick at the end of July. In September, I'll be taking a 3 day stay-cation with my youngest daughter. And in October, No-No is coming in October so I'll be taking off 7 days then.
Sounds like fun! Those little breaks can be wonderful.
DeleteSounds like fun. I am planning my daughter's graduation in early June and looking forward to seeing some family coming for it.
ReplyDeleteA mini family reunion!
DeleteOh my, I could sure use a vacation. I need a winning lotto ticket :)
ReplyDeleteI'm lucky that my daughter lives there. If I had to pay the airfare AND hotel and food it would never happen.
DeleteIve never been to a vacation, nor to the seaside. Your vacation sounds brilliant. Hope you will have fun with the family!
ReplyDeleteSeriously? You should try one sometime, Dezzie. You might get hooked.
DeleteSounds like an awesome trip will be had indeed. R and R sounds nice
ReplyDeleteLet's see. Youngest daughter graduates in a couple of weeks. Then I have STEM camp to work. Then middle son comes home from Russia (mission). Then a family reunion. Then middle daughter gets married. And that's just the first part of the enormous two month summer break. What? Okay, yes, I'm being sarcastic. It really annoys me that the schools, which are doing a lousy job teaching our children are demanding more time to do nothing in. Rant off...:o)
